Meditation Classes

Learn simple relaxation techniques, stilling the mind & finding inner peace.

Each 1 hour class will consist of a deep relaxation, guided meditations & healing.

Mondays @ 6pm
Thursdays @ 10am
Fridays @ 1pm
at Corse

Tuesdays @ 6.15pm
at Rudford & Highleadon Village Hall

Every 2nd Saturday of the month
Wheel of Life, Malvern @ 10am

If its warm enough, some classes will be taken outside in the peaceful countryside.
